I like understanding things before I build them.

I'm Nabil ELBAYAD, a software engineer and builder based in Morocco.

My path into technology didn't start with code.

It started with business.

Being around offline businesses taught me how things actually work beyond screens — how decisions are made, where inefficiencies appear, what makes an offer valuable, and how much the structure behind a business affects its results.

Moving into the digital world showed me something else:technology can change the way all of this works.

That realization is what led me toward software engineering.

Today, I build software and systems with both sides in mind — the technology itself and the business, people, and problems behind it.

I care about the whole picture.

A technically good product can still fail.

A beautiful interface can sit on top of a confusing experience.

A powerful system can solve the wrong problem.

A great product can remain invisible to the people who need it.

That's why I like looking at the connections between things:

The business.
The product.
The people.
The experience.
The technology.
The data.

When those pieces make sense together, technology becomes much more useful.

How I build

I care about clean work and thoughtful details, but never for aesthetics alone.

A color can influence perception.

A layout can guide attention.

An interaction can remove friction.

An architecture can determine how something evolves.

Data can reveal what intuition misses.

Whether I'm building a website, application, business system, or AI solution, I want the decisions behind it to make sense.

Every detail should earn its place.

What we create should be beautiful because it is well thought out — not beautiful instead of being well thought out.

What I build

My work moves across different areas of software and technology.

Web & Digital

Websites and web applications designed around business goals, user behavior, visibility, and conversion.

Software & Applications

Custom software and mobile applications that simplify complex processes and improve the way people work.

Business Systems

Internal platforms, dashboards, workflows, integrations, and automation that bring structure to business operations.

AI & Data

Data-driven applications, analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions built around practical problems.

I've worked across different industries and types of problems, including:

HealthtechInsurtechEducationE-CommerceBusiness Operations

Different industries. Different problems.

Understand the problem. Find the right approach. Build it well.

Where technology meets everything else.

My studies in computer engineering, with a direction toward data science and artificial intelligence, gave me another way to approach problems: through systems, data, computation, and technology.

But I don't like keeping disciplines in separate boxes.

Software influences business.
Design influences behavior.
Data influences decisions.
Technology changes what a business can become.

That's where I find the most interesting problems.

Beyond software

I'm naturally curious. I read, experiment, build, and try to understand how things work — from technology and businesses to people, behavior, and the world around us.

I'm interested in connections:

A business problem can lead to a technical idea.
A design observation can change a product decision.
A technical constraint can reveal a better approach.

I like following those connections.

What I'm building toward

I want to build things that are useful, considered, and capable of lasting. Not everything needs to be complicated.

Sometimes the best solution is the simplest one — provided it solves the right problem.

What matters to me is that what we create has a reason to exist, works for the people using it, and creates real value for the people behind it.

“The better we understand the world, the better we shape the future.”

If you're building something

I enjoy working with people who care about what they're building:

People who are open to questions.
People who appreciate the details.
People who want more than something that simply works.
People who understand that the first idea isn't always the right one.

If that's you, we'll probably have something interesting to build together.
